Love is in the air and Valentine's Day is fast approaching, and we all love shipping nonsense so, I mean, why beat around the bush? Use this meme to talk ships and romance and maybe you'll even find your characters a Valentine. 💘

Quinn Cunningham, part 1. ATTACK OF THE LISTS.
What do they look for in a person?:
- SSAF seeks SSCM. Must be athletic, overly passionate about choice hobbies, and have minimum 1 utter jackass in immediate family. Accomplished dancer an asset. (It might have occurred to me that she has a type.)
- Someone who makes her laugh and (here's the kicker!) appreciates her (questionable???) sense of humour. If you don't think her elaborate journal replies and borderline-roasty jokes are funny, then byeeeeee!
- Respect for her work ethic. Don't bother her needlessly in the library! Don't ask her "isn't studying that much kind of pointless tho!" If they can identify with her because they value something else similarly—it doesn't have to be academics—then they're immediately, like 10x more attractive.
- Because she spends so much time working, Needy McNeedysons need not apply. :(
- Someone who can keep up with her. Like, literally. Can they go for a run with Quinn and not drag her down? How about a skate? If you answered "yes," then we might have some good news for you!
- Y'all, she'd better not feel like she has to police your behaviour constantly. (This is probably a big part of why she and Chris lasted a whopping two weeks.)
What do they find romantic?:- Above all (aside from a sense of humour), when it's obvious that the other person wants to spend time with her. Someone who makes excuses to hang out with her or or rearranges plans just a bit so they can see each other makes her go weak at the knees because she feels appreciated and wanted, and she feeeeds off of those two things.
- All gestures great and small as long as they communicate "hey, like, I'm thinkin' 'bout you." We're talking cute (but also silly) notes, snack deliveries to the library after missed meals, etc.
- FUCKIN SPORTS, MAN! Skating together is like, super romantic, okay. Do the sports, talk about the sports, ask her about the sports: yes, yes, yes!!!
- The whole "feeling wanted" thing definitely extends to being pulled aside to kiss in clandestine places and times. Ahem. Yes, Quinn does think this is "romantic."
- ... Gifts are liable to make her uncomfortable (particularly elaborate ones, and definitely expensive ones).
Who do they have a crush on?: We know this. All together now: Ty~ (At least she's admitting it to herself now.)Are they seeing someone right now?:
ok no that's a joke that Alex inspired me to make. (I stole it from her.) Not seeing anyone, and she's stopped seeking hookups that aren't the above-mentioned cheer captain. She's "too busy or whatever." ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Quinn Cunningham, part 2. REVENGE OF THE LISTS.
- Flirts, jokes, and teases. Incessantly. Also talks a lot.
- Her sincere appreciation for gestures (described above ^) is a two-way street. She likes to do things like write (warded) journal entries, send owls, leave small gifts (homemade and often not well done), and draw very poorly. All of these things are very (a) silly, (b) done self-aware (c) likely to relate to inside jokes.
- She's had to learn how to bend her "working hours" rules for someone she's in a relationship with; she can get a little tunnel vision-y about schoolwork and knows that that can be interpreted as indifference to spending time with them. Which isn't true! ... But there are times when she needs to be prodded and told "hey, like, remember me? let's go do a thing over there *points to not the library*"
- Related to that, she's also more likely to get spontaneous and "rebellious" with her time. Persuading her to put down a textbook for a few hours becomes easier.
- Very physically affectionate — she'll touch a hand or arm while she's talking, play with hair, just kind of have a hand wherever (that isn't supposed to read as racy as it does, I swear). She does not, however, push it into clingy territory in public by constantly hang off arms or flopping all over laps. (This does not apply if she's wasted at a Grotto party.)
- She can get a little selfish about spending time with someone. At parties and the like, she's pretty much made a hobby out of finding a quiet(er) corner/hallway/etc. in which to drag her date so they can chat (read: banter) and engage in gratuitous out-makings. Good news: parties are too rad to leave for too long. ... unless she's encouraged to do so for more enticing reasons, which she's often amenable to.
- As an experienced Bottler of Emotions, she has a habit of leaning emotionally on significant others when she's let things build up and build up but doesn't yet know how to articulate it or deal with it.
Anything else?: Quinn has a lot of opinions about a lot of relationships that do not concern her, and she shares these with close friends. And the anon posts.Also, I feel like in 15 minutes I'm going to want to revise ALL of this and aaahhhhhhhhuuuuugggghhhhh.
