PREPARING FOR IJ'S (HOPEFUL) RETURN

Alright, everyone, with the (hopeful) return of IJ on the horizon, here are a few announcements:

• This fresh OOC post is dedicated to Cameron.


• Tomorrow, regardless of whether or not the site is up, we will be posting a list of the major events and IC/OOCs that are scheduled in March.
  • If we do get IJ back, we'll be posting the plot calendar at 11:00 AM tomorrow morning. This will save poor Marin from staying up until 3 AM formatting it.
• Regarding the IC explanation for the downtime: With the Grotto party having taken place tonight (3/3/17) with characters referencing no access to the journal network, if the network comes up tonight treat it as though characters woke up on Saturday morning with functional journals.


• If IJ does not come back tonight, we might be looking at an IJ-less weekend. The Quidditch game post will be posted here on DW on Sunday, and Saturday we might cave and make a Veritaserum meme.

especially since ivy never does anything wrong. chris is a repeat offender and she's been wanting to Get At Him but she couldn't single him out by only giving him detention. BOTH OF THE CHILDREN, THROWN TO THE FLAMES. IN YOU GO.

literally nothing, he's just the perfect candidate to make an example of

popular athlete who's an asshole and occasionally takes it too far for the sake of humor, but consistently gets away with it because That's Just How He Is. (she wanted a taste of sy's blood at the beginning of the year, but he's actually learned his lesson and is actively trying to correct his behavior and she'll never admit it but she's proud of him)

levi would be an even better candidate because he connnnstantly oversteps and gets away with shitty behavior because he's Just Joking BUT ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ the thought of rping with myself and creating conflict between my own characters gives me the sweats. (i like to imagine maggie strongly disliked him when they went to ilvermorny together but has since gotten used to him because it's been 7 years. now she's learned that if she doesn't react to his attention-seeking, he will go away because he hates being ignored.)
