PREPARING FOR IJ'S (HOPEFUL) RETURN

Alright, everyone, with the (hopeful) return of IJ on the horizon, here are a few announcements:

• This fresh OOC post is dedicated to Cameron.


• Tomorrow, regardless of whether or not the site is up, we will be posting a list of the major events and IC/OOCs that are scheduled in March.
  • If we do get IJ back, we'll be posting the plot calendar at 11:00 AM tomorrow morning. This will save poor Marin from staying up until 3 AM formatting it.
• Regarding the IC explanation for the downtime: With the Grotto party having taken place tonight (3/3/17) with characters referencing no access to the journal network, if the network comes up tonight treat it as though characters woke up on Saturday morning with functional journals.


• If IJ does not come back tonight, we might be looking at an IJ-less weekend. The Quidditch game post will be posted here on DW on Sunday, and Saturday we might cave and make a Veritaserum meme.

pros:

deep pocket on ya chest for storing snacks & catching food crumbs to eat later

deep pants pockets for stickin ya hands in when u don't know what 2 do w/them while standing idle/taking a photo

deep back pockets for putting even more knickknacks in

don't gotta wear a belt

don't gotta worry about muffin top rollin out of the sides

don't gotta worry how cute the shirt under it looks bc nobody can really see it

makes u look agriculturally savvy

cons:

when ya sittin on the toilet, you gotta hold it up so it doesn't all slouch to the floor and into a mysterious wet puddle of unknown liquid

if your suspenders are too tight, you get a front-to-back wedgie

if the shirt underneath is too short, your hip shows and somebody can prob see ur underwear thru the lil gap it makes

i was a fat kid so i just kept chocolate bars in there bc they wouldn't melt like they do in the pants pockets tbh

and mine had a hammer loop so i'd walk around with my dad's hammer hanging from my pants, nbd
