PREPARING FOR IJ'S (HOPEFUL) RETURN

Alright, everyone, with the (hopeful) return of IJ on the horizon, here are a few announcements:

• This fresh OOC post is dedicated to Cameron.


• Tomorrow, regardless of whether or not the site is up, we will be posting a list of the major events and IC/OOCs that are scheduled in March.
  • If we do get IJ back, we'll be posting the plot calendar at 11:00 AM tomorrow morning. This will save poor Marin from staying up until 3 AM formatting it.
• Regarding the IC explanation for the downtime: With the Grotto party having taken place tonight (3/3/17) with characters referencing no access to the journal network, if the network comes up tonight treat it as though characters woke up on Saturday morning with functional journals.


• If IJ does not come back tonight, we might be looking at an IJ-less weekend. The Quidditch game post will be posted here on DW on Sunday, and Saturday we might cave and make a Veritaserum meme.

Right now I'm in two games. And how drastically different the mods of these games are reacting to this is amazing. This one feels like a family. Where we can all come together to cope with this torture. The other game is complete radio silence. So I appreciate the memes. I have never felt so codependent on a group of people before in my life

(Thought to be fair, your other mods might not have saved everyone's email addresses in a non-ij place. i only say this because i was thinking about what a terrible mod i would be earlier when i realized that i myself would not know how to get into contact with people like m&m have because i just...trust...that ij will always be there for me?)

HAHA YES gj is exactly the reason i'm scarred. i backed up everything i had before gj went down, but the hard drive i was storing it all on was destroyed several years ago and i'm still not over it :(
