Heya! This is going to be super speedy because I'm on lunch and I still gave lunch to eat. But I'm Emily, I live in Arizona and I have two girls here.

Bailey Hartman is a Junior Ebonhide. She's Canadian and was home schooled before coming to Gooseberry because her family owns a bison ranch in Alberta and it was pretty much all hands on deck. She didn't really want to go away but her parents decided it was best for her and then she got a scholarship so okay fine this is really happening now. She's very introverted, very interested in animals and very not girly. She's in Animagus Studies! Her journal is

Faye here is a senior in Coppertale, which is the best, and plays chaser on the Quidditch team, which is the best, and "best" is something of a recurring theme here. She's an independent Texan lady who likes to shoot and duel but also likes to dress up and do her nails and stuff and she doesn't see why that should be a problem for anyone because she's capable of doing all kinds of things, basically anything in fact. Super confident and outgoing, she's in almost as many extracurricular as she is classes, and the extracurriculars are definitely what she cares more about.

I haven't had a chance to look around much so gimme plots!

Also Katya will be friendly with everyone, she's an Azurcrest junior Prefect and seems to be like the most cheerful little thing ever so I'm sure she will at least know of Bailey and try to be friends with her. Faye will get to talk shooting with Katya but Katya is a bit awful at Archery but tries her hardest.

No Quidditch for Katya?? I feel weird not having characters in the same house as you. Anyway, Katya will probably have a better chance with Faye but she's welcome to try and befriend Bailey too! Bailey's a little harder for me to predict.

And Faye wants to know why Katya's in Archery if she's so bad at it!

Man you're lucky she can walk without falling over. She's kind of miserable and likes to keep her feet on the ground. Katya is literally trying to be besties with everyone for some unknown reason, so she's going to try or at least not be mean to anyone.

Katya likes shooting things! She tends to chat a bit and gets unfocused but when she does try she's not bad at all.

Hi Emily! I'm Heather and I have Tabitha Ogletree, senior Ribbonfin and Cheer Captain who is likely to be in classes with Faye and Dominic who is a Junior Coppertale and fellow Canadian with Bailey, though he hails from Quebec. Chances are she will have encountered the family's businesses, though, as Dominic's dad owns the pubs that serve as entrances to the magical only areas of provincial capitals, and the Ottawa location is also a magical bus stop.

Faye is the year above Dom and he knows a ton of the team really well. He likes his women bold and feisty so probably jokes to Faye that she's some kind of Texan goddess. All in good humour of course :)

Hi Heather! Sorry for the late reply but I could see Faye getting along with both of yours, though she'd especially like Dom because Coppertale. And also because she'd quite enjoy being called a Texan goddess. ;)

Bailey is not super outgoing but she would at least know Dom from classes, and as one of the other few Canadians around these parts. Their upbringings are pretty different though (and of course not close to each other, Canada is huge) so they might be more of a wait-and-see. :)

YAY EMILY, it's good to have you in the game :D This is Meggie, a mod and someone you know, and I have three characters.

Diego Morales, a senior Azurcrest, will mostly be interacting with Faye. He'll definitely flirt with her, and probably thinks her take-charge confidence is fun. He's an Azurcrest cheerleader so he's got to go to bat for his team, but those Coppertales sure are... well, they're something. As for Bailey, rah rah living in the middle of nowhere club! Diego also grew up on a ranch, but a very different kind than what Bailey's familiar with. He's probably tried to be friendly and chat her up in the past and be friendly, which may or may not have been embarrassing. He's in equestrian with her and is pretty experienced with horses.

Reid is on Coppertale's Quidditch team with Faye! Reid's an uncomfortable ice prince who struggles to articulate himself, and this year Sy's making him a chaser with Faye and Sy, so they'll be working together a lot. I imagine he's very fond of Faye, and he usually takes a backseat to his more assertive friends. He's in Archery with her, too. Reid's definitely a little more open with the team and close friends, and I assume by now they know one another at least somewhat well? Aaaand actually I think he'll like Bailey, too? If they can ever manage to talk, they both struggle in social situations. They're in Animagus studies together, too, so Bailey's probably seen that Reid's more awkward than he is legitimately unfriendly.

Calvin's a Ribbonfin Sophomore, and a Hogwarts exchange student from Slytherin. He likely won't know either of them very well, since they seem to move in totally different circles. He's in choir with Faye, and Equestrian club with Bailey, though. Calvin's whiny and unpleasant until you crack through that outer shell (... and then he's still kind of difficult under that).

YAY HI MEGGIE sorry for the late reply I'm awful at intros and lately, at anything requiring focus. But thank you for all the work you guys have put into the game, I'm really excited to see how everything goes! :D

Faye will flirt right back at Diego. I figure she'll have plenty of friends and interaction in Azurcrest since she could have fit there all right, buuuut she's pretty vocal about her house being the best. I could see Bailey being embarrassed by him being friendly but talk about animals with her and she'll most likely be fine!

On that note, I do think that Bailey would sympathize with Reid a lot (particularly about being in Coppertale, honestly, even if he likes it). So I could see them getting along, particularly now that they're starting Animagus Studies together and have more to talk about. :) And Faye thinks he's great OF COURSE though he needs to speak up more. But she also doesn't mind running all over him so she doesn't really want him to speak up that much.

And I think you're right about Calvin not knowing mine super well though since they have some chance for interaction there we can just figure it out in game. :)

YEAAAAAH EMILY

Sylvester is the new captain of the BEST TEAM OF THE BEST HOUSE, and he and Faye have been playing side-by-side for at least a year now. Sy may be leaning on that no-nonsense attitude a bit as he tries to corral all these difficult personalities into a winning team. He's got a kind of hypermasculine alpha male thing going on, but by now I imagine he knows how competent Faye is and won't be trying so much to posture with her. He and Bailey possibly won't click well since he's loud and aggressive?

Mina (

resentfully) is a senior, and shares Choir and Duelling with Faye. I'm not sure how they'll get along—both of them are take-charge kind of women, but I don't see any particular reason Mina would dislike her, so it could go either way. And I think Mina will be inclined to be relatively nice to Bailey—fellow Canadian Ebonhide, hard worker, both in Animagus Studies. Mina's not exactly a nice person so it's probably not GOOD FRIENDS status, but Mina may sometimes show interest in Bailey since she's so mysteriously quiet.

Ravi (

paladins) is a Ribbonfin senior prefect. He's in Archery and Duelling with Faye, and Equestrian with Bailey, so he's familiar with both. Ravi might actually have more reason to talk to Bailey than Faye, since he'd see Faye as someone who's Got Shit Figured Out and isn't enough of a troublemaker to require prefect intervention, whereas he'd be curious about Bailey being so introverted and awkward. Ravi always worries about making sure that everyone's doing ok and fitting in.

HI MARIN HI

And HI CAPTAIN OF THE BEST TEAM I'm not sure if Faye would call him the best captain ever but CLOSE ENOUGH RIGHT? I don't see him and Bailey clicking, I suspect she'd just avoid him as much as possible and if she couldn't avoid him she'd just glower silently and resort to monosyllables. Him and Faye... oh gosh I'm trying to imagine her reaction to his hypermasculine posturing now. Rest assured she will tell him if she thinks his ideas are stupid, though.

On one hand I feel like Faye would just think Mina was funny... but yeah, I could see it going either way too. It's funny, I was looking up superiority complexes while finishing up Faye and I decided against saying she had one because that's supposed to mean you're secretly insecure, and she's really not. But Mina seems to fit that pretty well! It'll be interesting to see them interact. :)

Love all the Animagus kids! And I'm kind of touched that Mina would be nice(ish) to Bailey, though I can see why. Bailey might not see why, though.

Ravi is darling. I can't say how Bailey will react to him worrying about/taking an interest in her, because moody introverts are hard to predict! And also I've not had enough time to myself the last few days. I'd like to see him check in on her and how she's doing, though. :)

This is a lot of useless words because I'm too tired to think the thoughts!

i've only got zoey, who i imagine would kind of like bailey. she's also a scholarship student, so gets that, and has a history of being pushed into things by her parents. :u

i feel like she and faye would either really get along or really not like eachother much. :u z is also a chaser, but much less competitive. i imagine she's quietly a little envious/admiring of faye because she's so invested in electives and doing what she wants to do, and meanwhile zoey's over here living up to expectations and killin herself with classes. :x maybe an interesting dynamic.

Hi Kay, nice to meet you! :) Zoey looks fun, kind of Luna-ish? Or maybe not really, I just thought of that while reading some parts of her profile.

It looks like she and Faye have... four classes together? So there's definitely some opportunities for interaction there even apart from the Quidditch. She would think Zoey is crazy for not just doing what she wants to do, because she's one of those people for whom doing what you want is just an obvious and natural thing. She probably just assumes that Zoey wants to do whatever she's doing and she enjoys stressing out or something. Which definitely could be an interesting dynamic.

Zoey and Bailey could get along, though since they're different houses and grades they might not have much interaction... but I think Bailey doesn't get a lot of interaction anyway, haha. I'm going to have to push her a bit more than Faye for sure.

Sylla here is Bailey's roommate/housemate since her fifth year as a Hogwarts exchange student, and also going into animagus studies with her! She's very girly and sweet and polite, but that sometimes catches people off guard as she's got a morbid streak a mile wide, she's intense and strong, and a damn good dueler. She's just glad not everyone knows of her family's reputation here at Gooseberry, and that's freeing for her.

Holden Bright -

blinkah - is a junior and Ribbonfin's seeker, and is the weird combination of jock and doormat, as he hates drama and often sacrifices himself to uncomfortable situations to avoid it. He may run in the same social circles as Faye, unwillingly of course :p

Yesssss, roommates! Bailey and Sybilla will obviously have the most interaction. I'm laughing at how different their backgrounds are, but they still both come from very strong families. I think it'll be interesting to see them interact. Bailey is not girly or sweet, but I think she's fairly polite? Pretty quiet, shy... I think their hardest classes, Transfiguration, Animagus Studies and Hermeticism will be the best bonding opportunities. Bailey takes a while to warm up to people but I could see her doing something like... seeing Sibylla studying late, silently bringing her a cup of coffee and leaving it there for her, and leaving her alone to keep studying. I also note that they both hate group projects so clearly they need to be paired up for one some time.

Holden is darling. Oddly, I feel like Bailey would rather like him. He's down to Earth. Faye will probably drive him crazy, though. XD

he's in the same year as bailey. he is also good with a bubble of slefitude and close friends, and also way more comfortable with the animals. i think they should be good pals. and he's in both her extra-curriculars! what's not to love!

i don't think he would cross paths with faye very much, and although a little intimidating, he would not dislike her in the long run.

Hi Emily, it's Josie! Sorry this reply is so late, I've been crazy busy for the last week, but ahhh I just want to say how much I love the sound of your characters!

So, I also have two here, first up is Pippa Nightingale (short bio here). I don't think she'll have much interaction with either of yours (although she is in Choir with Faye) but we'll have to see what happens!

Second up is Henrietta Gray (short bio here). She has Quidditch in common with Faye plus she's also in Archery and Boating, so it sounds like these two might get along if Quidditch rivalry doesn't get in the way? As for Bailey, Het will know her from Outdoor Exploration and Animagus Studies, but she probably doesn't take much notice of Bailey since she's so quiet.

And Henrietta is ACTUALLY who Faye got for spin the bottle hahaha. So even if they didn't get along before they've at least had that in-game interaction? But I could see them being good friends actually, I think they've got a lot in common and although Faye is SUPER COMPETITIVE I haven't yet seen that get in the way of friendships? Buuuut it's a possibility, I mean.
