Quidditch Players & Cheerleaders Swap!

un_keptHey guys! Mel and I want to get a head start on the Quidditch Player/Cheerleader Swap game so we can create teams etc etc. Please fill out the following form if you'd like your cheerleader/quidditch player to participate! Multiples are allowed!
Character Name: Character Name
Are they currently a cheerleader or quidditch player?: Please list their current position.
Preferred Quidditch Position: Please list their first and second choices. Alternatively, you can ask us to RNG it!
Preferred Cheer Position: Dancer? Gymnast? Mascot? Or, RNG!
Injuries Ok?: Y/N - Minor/Major
In the case of uneven teams, are you okay with your cheerleader remaining a cheerleader or your quidditch player remaining a player?: Y/N
We'll try and give everyone their first choices, but we'll RNG those who asked to be randomized or randomize in case of ties! Captains for each team/squad will be RNG'd!
