Hey everyone! Like we promised, we've been working on a year events overview page so that you and your characters have an idea of what to expect from (mostly) school-sanctioned activities! You can check it out here:

YEAR EVENTS OVERVIEW

Events marked with a heart (♡) are ones that will be handled entirely by the mod team. Unmarked events can be influenced wholly or in part by the Event Committee President's player and anyone collaborating with them. Any contributions the EC President's player would like to make can be sent to the mods at least 5 days in advance and those ideas will be worked into the IC/OOC.

This list is not definitive. There may be other events added either by the mod team, the EC President, or other club presidents. It doesn't account for random chaos that may or may not be inflicted on the school, or fun ideas that the mods come up with later. All dates are subject to change, and may or may not happen on the exact day they happened last year.

These events are common knowledge to the student body, so your characters may reference upcoming dances, parties and trips that appear on this list. They are all activities that the school has announced, traditions, or parties that students are intending to throw.

Discuss, plot and ask questions on this post, please! For most events we won't be answering a lot of questions so that some elements remain a surprise. :)

m&m & EC prez (i.e. manx): if you guys want quidpong tournaments at any grotto parties, hmu! they'll be a lot easier to run and more streamlined this time around so we can do them more than once without issue, and we can give players more time to sign up this time around! :3 (and i'm always happy to make spreadsheets and RNG shit so it's cool with me~)

I would adore more quidpong tournaments and would be happy to help out as well as they appear. I THINK grotto parties are more m&m's area but i am in favor of this. The quidpong tournament was really fun and I liked that it inspired some light RP to go along with the RNG!! THANK YOU for offering to run them again!!!

Yeah, we're handling Grotto parties because they're not school-sanctioned EC events, and in the game narrative Micah will be behind a lot of them, like Diego was in Y1. HOWEVER, if anyone ever has ideas about something they want their character to do at a Grotto party (like a tournament or someone's birthday) let us know and we'll try to fold it into the party's writeup!

i thought mods were doing it but i also wondered "BUT WHAT IF" so i included you juuust in case. :3 and thaaanks for the help offer, i'll definitely prod you when the next one's close!

WELL there are plenty of NON-grotto opportunities for your RNG/spreadsheet skills SO. The actual RNG implementation of games is something I am not super sure how to do for events sooooooooooo I may need to lean on your skills anyway!!!

oooh yeah maybe for November's Grotto party then? I figure for the back-to-school party everyone will just want to get comfortable and hammer out some character interactions, so by the time we get to Nov everyone will know what teams they might want to do C:
