OOC: IJ DOWNTIME PARTY
Hello, Gooseberry High!
According to the InsaneJournal Facebook, we're looking at a site downtime that will last at least for the rest of the day, and possibly longer. EDIT: UNTIL FUCKING FRIDAY so prepare yourselves for a week of memes ._.
Cheryl has kindly suggested that we can provide the IC reasoning of "Larke and O'Hare were trying to understand the journals and accidentally broke them" for why no one posted anything for ~2 days (I KNOW, I KNOW, I DON'T WANT TO THINK ABOUT IT EITHER), so for IC reasons, we can say that the journals temporarily turned into non-magical journals and you terrible children just had to pay attention in class and hike to talk to each other. :(
Until the site comes back up, you can all feel free to use this post for OOC discussion/plotting/complaining. For my sanity, please resist the urge to comment on the other posts in these comms, because Dreamwidth is supposed to just exist as backup for the game (lmao i obviously haven't done backups for a week, sorry). You can post without signing in if you don't wish to register a DW account at this time, but there's no invite codes, so HEY WHY NOT.

- Activity Check will be delayed for at least 24 hours after the site comes back. Of our active players, the only people who haven't completed AC yet are Cheryl, Josie, Roz and... Marin... so FYI Cheryl, Josie and Roz, you will not get kicked out of the game. We're still debating Marin's fate.

Any ideas?: I have no ideas. Chris is constantly second guessing how he sounds when he talks to people, so if you want an apology from him, i think the lack of journals are probably gonna exacerbate that. But he's also living in the library and on the quidditch pitch now
- Olivia has literally nothing going on and is currently failing activity check SO IF ANYBODY WANTS TO SCENE WITH HER THAT WOULD BE GREAT
- Solomon is doing pretty good but also low key suspects that maybe 2 broke the journals their own damn self
- And Teo is currently failing activity check so if anybody wants to scene with him (except for you, Alex, fuck you, Alex)

but yeah, it's ~70 here and i've been wearing sandals and sleeveless dresses to work. I DIDN'T REALIZE UTAH EVEN GOT THAT COLD??? i legit thought it was pretty warm year-around (i guess i just imagined the desert) but NOPE. it's a high of 33 today. like, fuck off with that bullshit.
