LMAO HOW IS IT THE 20TH ALREADY. Okay, head's up: Marin is still on slow posting because she is a disaster of an adult (and also technically just started a new job, so).

Regarding the rest of October, we will not be adding new events to make up for the ones which were struck out. A couple reasons: a) we figure the Pumpkin Carving Party, Costume Creation Party, Quidditch match and Halloween Dance will keep you all busy enough, and b) we need to slow down on creepy events to maintain the pace of the game. (But of course Halloween will not be devoid of creepy happenings!) We promised compensation, so if you lost an October calendar event and you did not already have at least two other events, you will get to see November's calendar a day early and sign up one of your characters in advance!

For clarification, blank comments are considered "invisible" reactions and cannot be seen by other characters, i.e. icons do not exist in-universe, only text. Struck-out comments can still be seen and attributed to your character, though.

Yes, strict curfew and the buddy system are still active! Quinn Cunningham has taken the initiative to post BUDDY SYSTEM SIGNUP SHEETS, which will go in the library and on the bulletin boards of all house campsites. Aaand she's posted about it right here!!!

Okay, I need to spend this evening writing this weekend's Quidditch match and learning a new JS framework, so everyone tell me who your characters are asking to the Halloween Dance so I can figure out who my characters should ask. Feel free to use this as a plotting post if your characters don't have a date yet. I'm just nosy and want to know.

Also, Meggie would like to announce that she loves you and thinks you're all so cute, but I'm not adding it as a bullet point because I refuse to validate this gross unprofessionalism.
