Both mods are kind of on hiatus rn, this is a lawless land.

• You have until Wednesday night to RSVP your character for prom! We need time to set up the prom activity and room arrangements, please and thank you. Sign up HERE!


• You have until Thursday night to get your character's prom court votes in! It's a tight race for some of these categories, so every vote counts. Submit them HERE.


• Here's the roster for the Hogwarts Quidditch team so far! The lineup will be a surprise to Gooseberry students until Hogwarts arrives in Utah (June 4, for a game starting at 9 AM!), but you can feel free to have your NPC friend owl your character to let them know they're coming. :)

• This is your early warning that June is the last month of normal game time. It's going to be very busy, with the following anticipated events: Gooseberry vs. Hogwarts, Drama's musical, Choir's spring concert, senior project presentations, final exams, graduation, and the entire final week of June reserved for a supernatural event. We'll be allowing people to post during July, but there will be no plot calendar and no AC, and the game is FUCKING CLOSED for August. SO GET ALL YOUR SENIOR PLOTS IN NOW. PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
  • Speaking of planning accordingly, you will be expected to update and resubmit apps for all characters you're carrying over to Year 2. We're raising our standards!! If you hate writing apps, you are in the wrong game, my friends!!! We unfortunately don't have a new app template up yet, but some of the things we'll be requesting on the app: a minimum five paragraphs of personality! greater detail on why a character has a special role, such as prefects or Quidditch player! justification for why a character is in an Advanced Study!
  
  
  • We're in the process of figuring out special roles for Year 2, e.g. Head Boy, new Quidditch captains and players, etc. We don't quite have it nailed down yet because frankly the prefect situation is a nightmare, but we're hoping to have confirmed things with everyone sometime in June. Sooooo hold on for that.
