• Here's a post-weekend reminder (before we get another deluge of posts with the new moon anon) to post to November's Activity Check if you haven't yet already! If you cannot make activity before December 1 but you'd like to stay in the game, just drop us a message there and we'll give your character(s) an activity strike.


• Also, this is in the FAQ, but in case anyone's wondering: Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them and any subsequent movies are considered non-canon for this game! Please be kind and do not discuss the movie in the comments, if only for the sake of people who haven't seen it yet.


• What happened with the Amortentia culprits?
  
  
  
  • Yesterday, the unscrupulous freshmen were rounded up and their operation shut down within minutes of the teachers realizing what was happening. (Don't worry, Drama Club! None of these freshmen were named Clarence.)
  
  
  • During today's dinner (when almost all the students have come back to their senses), Headmistress Bloom will announce that those responsible have been suspended, and their ringleader outright expelled, so your characters can react accordingly to that news. There will be a serious lecture about informed consent and personal responsibility. Gooseberry encourages creativity and initiative in their students, but not when it harms others, etc. If students wish to talk to someone about what happened to them, Mr. Hightower's door is always open.

You should all look at the post counts for Nov 27 and 28. The 28th has barely started, you guys.
