What do they look for in a person?: Historically, Chloe has had a crush on anyone who is cute and who is nice to her, even if it’s only surface-level nice. If they turned out to be not so nice later, she just internalized it as being her own fault and didn’t defend herself at all.
Chloe likes people who make her feel appreciated instead of annoying, who value her enthusiasm and answer her excited outbursts with equal excitement. She loves gentle, caring people. She hates confrontation, and cries easily, so she’s best with someone that’s gently encouraging.
What do they find romantic?: Aside from all the romantic tropes she has absorbed from fanfiction, she’s something of a homebody. She doesn’t prefer crowded places, and she would love watching movies and eating snacks or going on a nice picnic. She likes the chance to share hobbies/interests, to show off what she loves doing and to get hype-by-proxy about the stuff people she’s close to are into. She thinks anything personal is the most romantic, whether it’s getting something handmade or going on a date that references something said previously.
Who do they have a crush on?: Kurt
Are they seeing someone right now?: She’s been dating Kurt Wolfhart for over a year now and she’s totally said the L word and everything.
What are they like in a relationship?: Sweet, enthusiastic, and sentimental. When she has a serious crush, she draws lots of fluffy pictures and writes lots of sappy stuff; in a relationship, she does the same, but then you get to see it. She likes to spend a lot of time together, but is content to just hang out and do nothing, even silently working on two different things. She frets easily that she is being annoying or embarrassing, and has to be assure that yes, they do still like her.
