I hung out with Jackie's parents and it was both amazing and weird

A friendly warning to everyone: if Rin meets your parents, she will befriend your parents. They will eventually be in her phone. This is just a fact.

I literally steal families it's great (for me).

(which, yeah. being called jaclyn is a curse. i barely even recognize my own name when people call me by it.)

I hereby give your mom permission to call me Rin (or Bryn if she really wants)

my dad is certain her name is "bryn" and i keep being like SHORT FOR LAUREN, FATHER MINE but boy is he Struggling with the concept

she is a disaster. she and my father went on an overnight trip and i have been getting very sarcastic text updates about the traffic and how much she hates humans. with angry emoji faces.

Rin. Our parents let us hang out with two Strange Older Boys that we met at a con that drove in from another state to see us when we were fifteen. Why is this surprising?
