I doubt we'll ever put chatter at the top of anything, since people tend to get sidetracked by tangents and personal convos in the ooc chatter. Which just makes it harder to reach the actual content.

Last time wasn't there just a header for AUs and a header for OOC, and all the AUs were threads under the first header? Or am I making that up?
