i only discovered a couple weeks ago that richmond is part of metro vancouver and that jade and essie used to be neighbors. i am so bad at canada. :<

you were RIGHT, it is definitely soooo pretty there and the accents are super fun! they also have what might be the only civic holiday determined by the weather.
