SOME NOTES:

• The following players can put in a hold for a Quidditch player tomorrow: Cheryl, Heather, Josie, Kas, Lyss, & Madeline. Please email the mods or comment to the Dropbox with the character and PB you want. The holds page will open tomorrow at 8 AM MT, and you can officially submit your holds then.


• All other holds will open August 15, 8:00 AM MT.


• As a courtesy to your mods, please get in your applications, new and old, as early as possible. If we end up having 50 apps to read at the end of the month, it'll slow down the app process a lot. :(


• If you don't resubmit your returning characters by Sep 1, they will be removed from the game. No exceptions, no extensions.


• Crafting Club has been added to the clubs list! If there's anyone who wants to retroactively put their character in this club, please let us know by commenting on this post and editing their app!


• If you play a Quidditch player, please fill in the new permissions form!

HEY GOOD QUESTION so we just decided to change procedure because we're the mods aaaand we can. (Plus, nearly everyone has already declared their app intentions already, and we'd like to prioritize the first choices of current players.) Proxy holds have been made for everyone who declared serious intentions of apping. :)

Holds for the early bird list will open tomorrow at 8 AM MT, and you can submit your hold directly on the holds page. But please do not feel obligated to wake up that early if we've already made a proxy hold for you!!!

11TH HOUR CHANGES QUESTION

I'm sorry, I have one more question...if you were perhaps me, and had been waffling on a class change that you kind of wanted to make, but submitted the app for the returning character without doing it, but now definitely want to change it...is that possible still? Could I add a note to the app page?

If it's not that is obviously totally fine; I don't want to create more work than is necessary!
