my neighbors' blue apron delivery has been on their porch since yesterday afternoon should i A) check to make sure they're alive B) steal it and eat all that sweet sweet shrimp scampi myself or C) just ignore it like a boring normal person

I don't trust blue apron ice packs to keep food ok for 24+ hours so my boring vote is C) let them get their own salmonella when they come back.

follow-up question: should this happen again, what's the sweet spot for # of hours post blue apron delivery for food-swiping from my neglectful neighbors

I googled this because now I wanted to know, and Blue Apron says they're only designed to last for 1 full delivery day.
So your neighbors should start getting home faster.

honestly C tho. my blue apron was always SURROUNDED in ice packs. leave it there so they realize the error of their ways and learn to cancel their BA sub when they go out of town.
