ICly ravi should've tried to stop jeremy from leaving the cabin (or at least, not allowed him to go alone), and if jeremy had disappeared, ravi should've notified cecil about it. but like..... we're busy, we can't be on top of everything, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

but i think that would just complicate sun-mi's life so let's handwave it for after ghosthunting? what do you think?

honestly i've been flipflopping, but i think at the end of the day... sun-mi knows ivy and anu are going to go regardless because she has set of standard of letting them do whatever they want as long as she knows about it. so she would rationalize that going with them is the better option since she has ravi's mirror if anything happens.

but she does tend to start trying to be better about prefecting when ravi says something so that might complicate ghost hunting plans, yes.

tbh i always figured she would tell ravi before doing any of this stuff but based on ravi's reaction i am thinking that is a nooooooooo

i mean if she tells ravi it would make a HUGE difference in his reaction? like yeah he doesn't like them going into the woods, period, but he agrees there's very little they can do to stop people short of reporting them to staff, and neither he nor sun-mi want to resort to that. but if he's in the loop at least they can make a gameplan of like "okay, you go and keep an eye on them, let me know via the mirror if anything weird happens, and we can talk to everyone about safety tomorrow"

like...... honestly, ravi tries so hard to seem really strict because at the end of the day he knows if any of the seniorfins needed help burying a body, he'd help them do it. :| ravi's willing to do quite a bit to cover for his friends and keep them out of trouble with staff, but he knows if they knew that they'd probably just take advantage of it lol

OKAY. well. YEAH. I had always assumed sun-mi told him about ghost hunting with neil antics because he's her best friend and co-prefect and they do run ribbonfin with a lighter touch. I guess I should have been clearer about it when this all came up initially!!

SOOOoooo if Ravi knowing wouldn't cancel the ghost hunting trip plans then telling him about it is the IC thing for Sun-mi to do so we can approach this differently?

Okay, tbh: this whole fiasco was so not planned at all? I just ran with whatever came up. And apparently Jeremy is a whole ton of stupid when Vee is involved. He saw that she was alone in the grotto and decided that Could Not Be. As for telling Ravi, since it was a spur of the moment thing at like zombie o'clock I didn't think you were still awake that time (you shouldn't have to be!!) and Jeremy clearly wasn't waiting around to get permission because he is a stupid teen with feelings. Things just happened so fast! And also I didn't really think it was a super huge issue? I was just gonna have him walk her back to Ebonhide. We can say he ran into Nia and Clem on the way and they brought Vee safely back.

Aaaaaand we can totally have Ravi give him that super disappointed look and that Stern Talking To when he gets back? We can Obviously, he'd be so :/ about disappointing Ravi that he'd go with whatever punishment he needs to have as well.
