Oscar Zabinsky, Azurecrest Junior! He's clumsy, awkward, all limbs, loves LARP and is generally dorky. He's happy and fun-loving, absolutely adores his friends and has a freshman little sister. His parents died when he was a kid, and he and his sister live at a wizard orphanage. He got into Gooseberry on scholarship because of his community service and his love of animals. HE LOVES ANIMALS OK. Magizoology is HIS THING. ASIDE FROM LARP. He's in animagus studies, he's in LARP, Choir, Gaming Club, and CHEER SQUAD! YES He is clumsy so he's really mostly a hype person. Pls dont make him a base his feminine dancer's body can't handle it.

Kenzie is his year/housemate and his cheer captain! She loves her squad and loves jokesters, so she's probably got a soft spot for Oz. She'll make sure to let Diego and Cecil do all the heavy lifting in cheer. ♥

Diego is a year above him and friendly and all that. They might have a little trouble navigating one another's neurosis but I imagine Diego will like him pretty well.

Reid is in his year and shares Animagus Studies with him. Reid's.... not great at being social, but is easily won over by people who put out effort. Their combined awkwardness might hamstring any friendship BUT WE SHALL SEE.

Rafael is his severe LARP dad. He mostly does behind the scenes organization but is protective of his LARPers.

Calvin..... probably won't talk to him much, but he can be prickly with strangers. :(

Kenzie OMG FINALLY SOMEONE WHO CAN BE FRIENDS WITH KENZIE! He totally adores his cheer captain and honestly he doesn't like bullies but SHE'S HIS CHEER CAPTAIN so he's got a soft spot for her too and believes no one that she is a bully because he's never personally witnessed it. Ty for not making him do heavy lifting you beautiful, wonderful woman.

Diego LOL I am down to see them navigate their ridiculousness yes pls.

Reid HE IS SO AWKWARD but he is persistent. He LOVES friends he wants to be everyone's friend he just is really bad at people-ing it's gonna be great.

Rafael OSCAR IS SO INTO LARPING HE IS GOING TO BE LARPING ALL DAY EVERY DAY and he'll call Raf dad.

Levi is his senior~~ They're in LARP together and he loves the cheerleaders and Levi's dad's name is Oz so OBVIOUSLY he loves him. He is going to CRY if Oz gets his animagus form after Levi leaves school because OMG DOG :C

Ennis is in gaming club with him, he also plays D&D, and they share a lot of classes (I am 2lazy2compare rn but it is A Lot). He prooobably likes him? I don't see why he wouldn't. Whenever Oz makes a social blunder, Ennis will take comfort in it and nod his head sagely like, "Ah, yes, same."

mercedes is another fun-loving weenie in azurecrest! she's a senior, but she would get along with oscar just fine. they can both be bouncy babies together. is it well known that he grew up in a children's home? b/c if she knew, she would probably ask him curious questions about it, tbqh. sorry in advance, there. anyway, she's also in cheer squad! go, go, azurecrest cheer.

ulysses is a fellow juuunior, and ... he gets along with more people than i anticipated, lol, at least superficially. he and oz are pretty different in that he takes himself super seriously. ulysses does not believe in letting his freak flag fly, lmao. lock your freak flag in a box and then set it, and then yourself, on fire. so, oscar may get the occasional side eye from ulysses, ALTHOUGH he's always up for a joke and he hangs around kenzie/likes the people she likes, so they'd probably be known to each other.

i love ulysses tbqh he's one of my favorite characters and since oz doesn't know how to stop he will attempt to be friends with ulysses over and over and over and he just has to deal with it. kenzie being there is helpful so yay

Antonia is a prefect in Oz's year. They are in choir together and both in cheer. She will probably find him entertaining so long as he's not causing trouble.

Xavier and Oz are both in animagus studies, gaming and LARP. They seem to have a lot of common traits so I'm sure they'll get along and get into hijinks. :]

Dimi does not have a lot of overlap with him, but I'm sure I will hit you up at a spin the bottle with him. 8S

Pippa thinks he's cute and finds his social awkwardness endearing because it puts her at ease. They're also in Choir together!
