HELLO YES HI EVERYBODY IT IS ALEX, I HAVE ANOTHER CHARACTER. We all knew this was going to happen.
So this is Rosemary Stoker. QUICK FACTS:
Ribbonfin Junior & prefect
Twin sister to Sy Stoker, but will side eye the hell out of you if you try to get her to discipline him.
Grew up in Elysian Fields, went to Port Prep. SOCAL FRIENDS, C'MERE.
In Choir, Equestrian, Duelling & Fencing
You can call her the mom friend, but she is a strict mom friend. If you want her to take care of you then you ALSO HAVE TO LISTEN TO HER. Which makes her come across as mean sometimes.
Used to be super competitive. Like, she was kind of just female Sy but she could walk in heels kinda. But she's trying to learn to let all that go and not be so competitive. And sometimes she is totally not able to let it all go, like around exam time or when watching Quidditch. Someone should teach her how to meditate. Or convince her to get drunk. You know, either way.
Not a typical Ribbonfin, but she wants to be a Ribbonfin. TEACH HER YOUR LEVEL HEADED WAYS, FISHES.

Okay, first off, Reid. Spoilers here, but Reid and Sy may maybe possibly be best friends. I think both of them would die before admitting it, but Sy spent a lot of time last year pushing Reid to get his act together so he could stay at Gooseberry. Reid gives Sy shit, but doesn't like other people seriously trash talking him. His pro-Sy arguments are not very articulate, though. Uh, as a result, I imagine he's probably good to Rosy. Reid's not great at FRIENDLY but Rosy's Sy's sister and that's significant to him.
Diego is MAYBE Sy and Rosy's cousin via their mom and his anonymous-ish sperm donor. Diego and Sy found this out when they were a sophomore and freshman respectively, and Diego managed to win Sy over. By now they have a pretty affectionate relationship, and like to imagine they're cousins even though the reality is that they're probably not nearly that closely related. All of this could be equally applied to Rosy if she was receptive. Diego gives affection readily and in a very unguarded way, especially when he thinks it's "family." If she's not into it and/or thinks he's annoying WHICH HE TOTALLY IS SOMETIMES he'll take it harder than usual. He gets along with Sy because he kind of just folds when people compete with him, and maybe that'd work on both Stoker twins?
AND CALVIN. Calvin is Sy's #1 bullying victim, and has been since last year. He's also in the same house as Rosy, and shares all of her clubs. If all Rosy does is not stick up for him when Sy picks on him... Calvin will actually understand that. NOT THAT HE'LL BE THRILLED, but he gets it. A lot of people he calls friends get along well with Sy, and Calvin is the "good" child in a family of really mean, aggressive brothers. One of those brothers reminds him a lot of Sy. And Calvin's old horrible codependent BFF also reminds him of Sy. But if Rosemary goes after him when he bites back at Sy, his opinion will switch from neutral verging on understanding to resentful and distrusting.

OK SO REID, Rosy can probably pick up on the fact that he's NOT just an asshole who doesn't talk much, esp bc she is also kind of a reserved person who can come off as rude or distant or condescending. AND. YES. OH GOD I'M SO TIRED AND INCOHERENT. WHAT I'M SAYING IS SHE FEELS YOU DUDE, AND SHE WILL TALK AT HIM OR SOMETHING OK.
DIEGO. There will be times that she hurts sweet baby Diego's feelings because she just needs him to GO AWAY. She's USUALLY nice enough and isn't going to yell at him (aside from prefecty things or whatever there is to yell about), and even though she's more skeptical about the maybe-cousins thing, she's still like YAY OK WE CAN ACT LIKE FAMILY, I LIKE NICE FAMILY. ♡
CALVIN. THIS MIGHT BE A COMPLICATED RELATIONSHIP. she is going to feel bad about not stopping Sy from going after Calvin all the time, but then at the same time she's like NO I CAN'T BE HIS MOTHER, DO NOT TURN ME INTO HIS NAGGING MOM. And, like, the majority of the time she is just going to kind of act like NOTHING IS GOING ON LALALA, but I'm REALLY NOT SURE what she would do re: biting back. She's not oblivious to the fact that Sy needs to get taken down a peg once in a while, but at the same time, if he said or did the EXACT WRONG THING then emotions would push rational thought out of the way and she would go all snarly beast. Then she would feel REALLY SUPER BAD about it later and Ribbonfin would facepalm at her inability to maintain diplomacy. SO. COMPLICATIONS YES.

um god i don't know what there is to say about these two. Now that Sy is Quidditch captain, he's on like equal school social strata with prefect Rosy, so he has been annoyingly crowing about that for awhile, but has also been capable of... being glad about it without having to compare to his sister?? Maybe??? It's... an ingrained habit. Also he will totally get her drunk. How drunk does she need to be to work on a project with him. Hey Ro, two words: drinking contest.
Ravi's a fellow Ribbonfin prefect, and probably likes her? He doesn't mind intense people, and honestly has a bit of that Ribbonfin pushover personality so he's not likely to criticize how Rosy handles being prefect. Especially if Rosy's good at playing the "proper young lady", so... what is there to criticize???

TWO WORDS SY: ALCOHOL POISONING. He should introduce her to beer pong. After losing the first game she's like "BEST 2 OUT OF 3. BEST 3 OUT OF 5. BEST 5 OUT OF 9." until she finally beats him or gets too drunk to continue. Then she'd probably be in the right state to agree to an undefined senior project with him.

But per your bullet points, I actually really do want Chris to attempt to teach her how to meditate - it could be like a collaboration of two forces that want to figure out what the fuck meditation is all about anyway, because it'll just be a really grumpy old man attempting to teach a competitive mom how to meditate and it'd be hilarious. Because they give up an hour into it and decide to go do something that actually takes energy.

Ursula has lived in the same neighborhood as the Stokers since she was 6 and Marin and I talked briefly here. UHM. Ursula would like Rosy, but I have no idea how Rosy would react to Ursula. Ursula is friendly with Sy, but also isn't about to defend him when he is blatantly bullying. I don't think she would ever expect Rosy to discipline him though. BUT UHM YEAH, Ursula has known the Stokers a long time and now she rooms with Rosy, SO THERE IS SOME RELATIONSHIP THERE. GOOD/BAD/INDIFFERENT, IDK.

So! Pippa is new to Ribbonfin this year and would v. much appreciate anyone looking out for her. I imagine she's had a few wibbly moments of homesickness already, so if Rosy wanted to mother her THAT'S TOTALLY COOL. Pippa is the type who listens to prefects and feels horribly guilty when she breaks the rules, haha, so she wouldn't mind Rosy being strict but would hate to ~disappoint~ her. Oh and they're in Choir together!
As for Henrietta, she'd know Rosy more through Sy I guess?? I don't think they have any overlap sooo I guess we'll just have to see how these two interact! Het probably thinks Rosemary just needs to chill out (although Het is pretty competitive too, so...).

I feel like Rosy is well-intentioned but steamrolls Kurt a lot. Like, "You look lost, you should do this thing! [...] THERE WAS YOUR CHANCE TO SAY NO, NOT RESPONDING IS A FORM OF CONSENT, COME DO THIS THING."
She adores him, he is such a sweet young boy, he reminds her of her little brother who is 3 years younger than her and not the same damn age.

Cecil doesn't have much overlap with Rosemary (unless disciplining her brother all the time counts?), but they're in choir together, have some of the same take-care-of-my-friends tendencies (though hers are a bit more strict), and he's likely friendly toward her.
Casper actually went to school with her at Port Prep, where he was a grade ahead of her until he was nine, missed a bunch of school, and then came back in the same year as her. He's pretty angry and negative, but he's also friends with Sy (wonders never cease), so they likely know each other and if she can put up with his attitude there could be a decent relationship there. He's also in Dueling/Fencing with her, where is crazy focused and aggressive, though he's not as concerned with winning as he is with improving.
