lmfao my first week working here a guy called and asked if he could drop off his clothes and pick them up tonight. And it was like four hours to close so I told him no. He'll have to wait until tomorrow to pick them up. And he said 'why. You're a laundry mat. Isn't that what you do.'

And I said. 'Yes. But you're not our only customer. You're gonna have to wait'

And he said 'you're not very nice' and hung up on me.

And the second I thought 'that could've gone worse' was the moment I knew I probably shouldn't be in a customer service job.
