Garrett Ogletree (isolate), Coppertale Sophomore, Prefect, Dueling & Fencing, Outdoor Exploration, Quidditch Reserve Beater/Chaser. His concept is "Near-silent reformed rebel in the streets, mischievous consulting troublemaker in the sheets." Despite being the only prefect and the only dark-haired one, Garrett is the Ogletree you might not have heard of because he doesn't talk much. A lot of people think he's an arrogant snob because of this and because of the fact that he'll walk away from conversations that seem sycophantic or superficial and carries himself with the regal bearing of a prince, but the truth is that he's just shy. He won't initiate conversations, but if you start it you'll actually find he's got a mischievous and sly sense of humor to go with his studious athleticism, and he loves danger and trouble as much as the next guy. As a matter of fact, he's a reformed rebel who was quite the problem child back at Ilvermorny (Thunderbird, what what) but did a complete 180 when he started Gooseberry and now is more of a "consulting troublemaker." He'll give you all the information and resources you need, but he'll stay out of it. He's actually quite a little shit.

LINES WANTED: Friends? Especially Quidditch friends, even though he's never been off the reserves, and dueling friends, because that is his favorite thing to do ever. People who do charity work with him? He LOVES animals and supports several hundred animal-related charities. People who think he's a tool because he doesn't talk much? People he has advised about pranks and stuff before to hilarious effect when the prank was carried out? Exes of both genders? People who know him from the national dueling competitions he's participated in/won?

Bailey Hartman (cyrano), Ebonhide Junior, Cheer Squad, Event Committee. Her concept is "A busybody matchmaker who purposefully confuses "good match" with "good drama." Bailey is a meddlesome matchmaker who will set you up whether you ask her to or not. Like, she has business cards for people who want to have a little fun and go on a few blind dates, but, even if you don't come to her, she's always sticking her nose in other people's business, telling two people they'd be perfect together, and going out of her way to organize them running across each other in intimate settings against their will. But really she just loves drama, so sometimes it's less about perfect match and more about how entertaining the couple will be. Shockingly, when not matchmaking, Bailey is actually pretty quiet and normal and understated. Her own business is kept on a bit of a lockdown, and she's not really prone to drama in her own life because it's only fun when it happens to other people. She loves event planning, cheerleading, and basically anything to do with the social side of school.

LINES WANTED: Roommates, come at me! Bailey wants to be friends with ALL of you, especially if you don't want to be friends with her. She went to St. Cyprian until she got into Gooseberry, so come at her St. Cyprian kids. Any and all friends? People she's matched up before and it went great? People she's matched up before and it was horrible and she was all popcorn.gif. Fellow kids from Texas? Exes of her own? Enemies? She's got to have some. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

I have three babies, one of which is brand new so let's see.

First I have Victoria (Vic) Powers

vicpower, Sophomore Coppertale, haver of sarcasm, hater of cold, owner of a guitar playing Iguana named Hector, and her best friend is her sister Vee who is a Junior Ebonhide cheer captain. I would say she definitely will have the most potential for lines with Garret. Same house and year, and they are kinda similar but in different ends of the spectrum. She's also one who would use sarcasm to kinda be her shield, and she is bad at opening up to people, but mostly because she just is bad at it, not because she doesn't like to or is particularly shy. She isn't into quidditch but she LOVES ANIMALS A LOT, and wants to be the next Newt Scamandar. She's also really into masterminding pranks, so they could bond over that. Like, be business partners in a way. For Bailey, they would mostly know each other through Vee. She's in your cabin a lot. Good lord would she scare Vic, who doesn't get romantic attraction (she doesn't yet realize she's demisexual) so that could be awkward and fun if she tries to matchmake her because it will Not Go Well. She'll cheer her on at cheerleading tho.

Next I have Anhuea (An) Alapai,

alohaha, Senior Ribbonfinn, maker of terrible decisions, mostly laid back island girl who is kind of a huge flirt. She's at Gooseberry because she messed up on the islands and her dad paid her way in. She's not TERRIBLE at classes, she just is easily distracted. She's rather be surfing basically. But she's on the quidditch team and she tries to be friends with literally everyone (even if she is currently in an icy situation with a (former) friend/cabinmate when she got drunk and slept with her bf. Remember: Terrible Life Choices. She would know Garret from quidditch, likely, and she tries to be friends with everyone, but if he's closed off she might not keep bugging him. But she's at least p friendly. Bailey she would probably get along with, and lol, it would be awesome if she was set up by her and it went awful but they remained friends anyway haha. Idk could be fun!

Finally my newest is Lachlan (Lach) Galbraith

ohappyday, Junior Azurcrest. He's an exchange student from Hogwarts, former Hugglepuff, and completely a teddy bear. He is friendly, cuddly, and completely earnest. He loves outdoor education and nature. Garret would be in OE with him. They are basically polar opposites. He's a hugger and a close talker, I imagine that probably doesn't go over well with him. Bailey is in his year, and he loves love, so feel free to have tried to set him up but prob went awful bc most girls are like "aww he's cute!" like you say to a kitty cat not to someone you wanna make out with. But we can see!!

I already responded to Lachlan on his intro so I'll focus on the other two. DID YOU SAY THAT SHE LOVES ANIMALS. Because yes I love everything about this, she and Garrett must be best friends because I said so. Bae just smirked so... I guess... good luck to you Vic.

And as for An, Garrett will be polite but not very open so if she gave up on befriending him then they're probably not more than polite since only aggressively friendly people get in on all that. But Bailey would LOVE to have that line. Her success record is pretty spotty, so she could totally have set An up last year and it went... very badly... not that this will stop her from trying again.

I know lol million of us but hiii honestly this place is so great I feel like I drank the koolaid but for real its super fun and friendly and :D :D

lol I'll reply to Lachlan stuff in a bit but YES SHE DOES SO MUCH and yeah, I think they really need to be friends. When I saw that he likes to plan pranks I was like 'dude'. They totally need to plan one soon (and Vic will happily carry stuff out if he just likes planning lol). Oh god Bae no no no (I SAY YES YES YES).

An is much more go with the flow. She will literally be friends with anyone but I have a feeling if he keeps things really distant she'll just be surface friendly. AND YES WE SHOULD HAVE IT BE SO, haha will be hilarious.

SO IT IS DONE. Friends, friends forever. He's the planner/strategist, because he USED to be the troublemaker who carried them out but then he decided he'd rather be a prefect. He tried to be a solely good prefect, but he was So Bored just doing that, so now he just... consults. Here's his idea. Here's where you can get the materials. He's going to turn around now and whatever happens happens, y'know? So if Vic wants to co-plan and then do the 'do, that's what he's here for.

I did too. This place has been great for my first game back after a HELLLLLLA long hiatus from RP. Got my RP mojo going.

Oh man, I CANNOT be more excited for this, because I've been hoping for someone for JUST THIS LINE. Like in my head, she loves to plan and she would seek out people she could see as being even better than her at helping her plan and carry out and she'll happily be the one to get her hands dirty (or ask people who will be even better). But she's a good egg at heart, and I think she would genuinely care about and like him despite it all. WILL BE FUNNNN yay friends.
