Hi guys! I'm Sarah (

bodysaysno for the people who have played with me before) and I'm super excited to join you all as I come back from an insanely long hiatus in rping. I'm a teacher from the bay area and I love cats, debate, adult coloring and walking around pretty places. Victoria Powers! A little bit about Vic:

Her sister is Ebonhide Junior Veronica Powers. They couldn't be more different, but she loves her to death.

She's in both archery and fencing, though is new to the latter so still kinda sucks. She's learning though, and she's a determined little thing.

She's a Sophomore Coppertale, and while yes, she's kinda bossy in that she wants her own way and usually thinks her ideas are best, she's not very loud about it. She's not shy, she just bosses in a different way.

She doesn't really open up immediately to people, and has a tendency to roll her eyes and make sarcastic comments, so some people think she's a bit...standoffish? But she's slowly opening up to people and letting them see her goofy side. She's not mean though.

Really, Really wants to be the next Newt Scamander.

Has a dopey pet iguana named Hector. If he poops in your shoes she's not sorry because you were probably a dick to her/Vee.

She looks like she fell into a pile of clothes, rolled around, and put on the results. She cares little.

She's never been kissed, and thinks maybe she's bi, but she's planning on testing that by kissing a boy and a girl and seeing. For science.

SO IM SO EXCITED! I'm open for any line for her-friends, enemies, people who think maybe she's a bit bitchy (she just seems that way!), potential crushes (she will be awkward), archery/fencing teammates ANYTHINGGG!!! :D

Zoey Valentine,

valentinez, a ribbonfin senior. calm, friendly, frankly super ribbonfinny w some sprinkles of rebellion. she plays chaser for her quidditch team, is in a band w a couple of azurcrests, super super good at potions, kinda brainy/academic, annnnnnd also a wannabe seer (much to the dissatisfaction of her mother). most recently she's been falling back into some overworking tendencies & getting quietly disillusioned w things ;-; she loooooooves vee and therefore loves victoria, even if they are really different. i don't know how much their paths actually cross, but she'd 100% be supportive and nice/friendly. c':

annnnd then there's Laurel Templeton, this journal -- she's an azurcrest senior, super into drama & theatre & costumes and clothing charms, dancer, nerdy lil bookworm. she's kinda just a silly, straightforward, cheery type who thinks everything is funny and has a hard time taking anything seriously except her sincere interests. she also has an identical twin in ribbonfin, which is fun. she's generally pretty easy to get along with i think, and might be a good one to help victoria access her goofy side :p

Well, if she likes Vee then Vic is cool with that :) She's way less friendly than Vee, but she's not mean and she's a decent person, so she would be nice back for sure, even if she's not a lovely dovey kinda gal haha

As for Laurel, haha she can certainly try. Most of the time she only lets the really silly stuff come out around Vee but she's trying! <3

Hi! Welcome! I'm Jordan, I just joined last week so yay newbies <3 I work for a school district in the San Joaquin Valley of Ca, so we have some stuff in common! I used to be from the bay area. The not SF bay area, lil lower, where all the tourists go for aquarium feels.

So, for Victoria -

I have Avery here, though sadly given she is a Junior Ribbonfin, I don't see them interacting a ton. They don't share any classes or clubs, but since Ollie (her sister) is in Coppertale as a JR, they may end up knowing each other through her!

I also have Penelope (

sneakoscoped) who is a stand-offish, introverted Coppertale Senior and Reserve Seeker. She doesn't like people or places or things much at all unless they've earned the respect. She also is abrasive and says sarcastic shit so they may either butt heads or bond over that. They're in the same house but not the same year, however I think they could be passingly friendly for sure :3

Oh hey! I lived in Santa Cruz for 6 years so I know all about that ;) I'm in San Jose now and teach at a private school. It's the best.

Avery: Maybe seeing around for sure :) plus she seems friendly and Vic is totally trying to actually like, make friends and not run away so randoms could be fun.

Penelope: oh man, she's like the older more engrained version of her. haha lets say they are birds of a feather and have mutual respect haha <3

I'm from Monterey! I love SC & SJ. SJ more though, SC is too big. I like smaller towns lol.

Well then good! They can definitely randomly interact and become friends!

Calvin Evercreech

evercreep who's a Hogwarts exchange student from Slytherin. He's a reformed bully turned bullying target at the hands of Sy Stoker. As a result, he's wary of Coppertales, especially if they're on good terms with Sy. He's abrasive and whiny, but smart and articulate.

Reid Wainwright

unresponsive is a junior Coppertale and an awkward ice prince. His unfriendliness is mostly a result of his terrible communication skills. He and Vic might have a tough time talking since they don't let a lot of people in, but he's generally well-meaning.

Rafael Ramirez

firstposition is a senior Coppertale prefect known for being strict. Generally he's friendly and poised, but he's also assertive, competitive, and a control freak. He's a ballet dancer who had to give up a professional career due to a knee injury. He'll like Vic's spirit, buuuut they may clash a little because they're both bossypants.

Diego Morales

morale is a senior Azurcrest. Friendly, warm, attentive... ditzy, impulsive, dangerously low self-esteem. He's friends with Vee, and mostly knows Vic as her baby sister.

Calvin: Vic does not believe in bullying and wouldn't like to sit by and watch it. She isn't immediately friendly but she would still be kind. Even with the whiney. She likes smart.

Reid: They will awkward turtle and we should make that happen lol

Rafael: She has a LITTLE bit of a tendency to sass authority but otherwise I think they would mostly get on except with the occasionally head butting.

Diego: She doesn't mind being known as that. Vee is the best. She thinks hes cute but doesn't know him super well, so she won't be the most naturally comfortable

I have 2 characters (as of 4 minutes ago).

This journal is Jesse McBride. He is a Senior, Azurcrest, Prefect. Fundamentally, he is a science geek swathed in a bro shell. Because she is a sophomore, he will probably leave her alone for the most part, but I can see him standing in the background going, "OOOOOOH SHIIIIIT" every time she sarcastic burns somebody.

My other character is Cricket Quayle (

cricketq). she is the Ebonhide Senior Prefect. She is a deeply neurotic Southern Belle from Tennesse from an old pureblood line. Her mom is magical Martha Stewart and her dad is probably going to run for president next cycle. She is bubbly, friendly, and always trying to be very helpful, so I can see her reaching out to Victoria about anything and everything

Jesse: He will say that a bit, though she is usually not mean (unless someone tries to be mean to Vee and then SHE WILL END YOU).

Cricket: At first Vic might be like "WHY IS THIS PERFECT BEING TALKING TO ME??" but she's trying to be better at friendly so she'll be nice :D So yes should be fun :D She is terrible at being girly so she might try and go to her for advice on that if she doesn't go to Vee? lol

Cricket/Vic could end up as an amazing weird dynamic.

Originally, I thought Cricket might have secret pettiness toward Vee for being LEGIT perfect, when Crickef is just faking it. But I can't follow through with it. It's too hard. Vee's too great.

So, if Vic every needs a red headed sister that is not her sister, Cricket will be there. She'll probably be there even if Vic doesn't want advice, because Cricket is A meddler

haha yes I am looking forward to that. Vee is too sweet, you can't not love her, and Vic is like not even mad (she isn't ever jealous, it's just not an emotion she has in her body)

Okay, I assumed she would be most relevant since she's a Sophomore who basically wants to be friends with ALL THE SOPHOMORES so she will try to get Vic to talk about cute boys and other silly 15 year old girl things. (Essie would like to remind me that she's halfway to 30, gosh.) She's an Azurcrest Sophomore and also in Archery and Fencing!

JACOB. Okay, I think Jacob may actually be the most relevant since Jacob is very much also an eyeroll + sarcastic comment sort of person, so I think he would like Vic a lot... assuming those burns aren't pointed in his direction. He's also a nerd trying hard to be a bro to survive life in his cabin, but IDK Vic just seems like someone he would gravitate towards. (Would she have been a Ravenclaw? He feels like she could have been a Ravenclaw.) He's a Junior Coppertale.

SUN-MI. Sun-mi is one of the Senior Ribbonfin prefects and she's in Fencing with Vic, but they don't see each other a whole lot otherwise. HOWEVER, she did grow up on a dragon reserve and would be very happy to chat with Vic about that.

URSULA. Ursula is a Junior Ribbonfin and doesn't have any obvious overlap, but she's default friendly so it's possible a friendship could pop up over the journals!

Essie: She will definitely try friends even if she is like def opposites. But she will try and she thinks she can probably use a friendship with her to make more friends.

Jacob: yesssss I feel like they would get along really well in their own way. Recognize their own kind type thing lol

Sun-Mi: she probably would want to know about dragon reserve living for sure and maybe try and chat her up a bit in fencing

This one is named Leonardo Fiori, Quidditch captain and beater for Ebonhide. Also Animagus Auror wannabe, New Jersey native, very Italian, too ambitious for his own good. He knows Vee and likes her and he would also have a soft spot for Victoria, I think! They don't have a ton of overlap, but he'll tease her/ talk to her when they do.

And then I have Addy Foster-Hayes over at ~adorbs. She's a Junior Azurcrest . She and Victoria have the same fashion methods, she appreciates that. Addy's a disaster at most school related things, but quite good at Potions and Lit. She was notoriously easy til this year, now she has a bf at home and it's difficult. She might not know Victoria that well but would totally chat with her anyway; Addy talks to everything/one

Leo: lol she will tease back so that should be fun

Addy: I think they could try and get along. She wouldn't judge by past actions like that much so she wouldn't think it was weird that she was changing her behavior or whatnot

HI I'm Roz

So I have Olivia who is a coppertale junior prefect and on the cheer team and friends with Vee because Olivia doesn't believe in house divisions. While she's not outright sarcastic and eyerolly, she can see the humor in it, so she'll probably like Vic too.

I also have Chris, who is a senior coppertale quidditch player and a grumpy old man. He's very sarcastic, very eyerolly, slightly antisocial. He probably won't hate Vic, but good luck befriending him, idk why you would want to.

And then I have Solomon, who is an ebonhide sophomore and likely shares classes with vic. He is NOT sarcastic or eyerolly, he is SO genuine, it's painful. He's super happy to be here, and super open and just wants to spend his time here showering people with strange, obscure facts because he loves you all. But he'll like Vic and if she wants to kiss him for science, he will by far not deny her that scientific endeavor.

reehobbs who is an Azurcrest prefect/Beater/artist/super outgoing nutso. She thinks Vic is super cute and would be happy to be the girl she kisses ~for science.~

Isaiah Covington

icovington is a senior Ribbonfin who spends all of his time in the music room and just...doesn't talk to anyone because he's a super introvert and such. I don't imagine he'll have much to do with Vic, sadface.

And finally, Saira Raza

sairaza is a Junior Coppertale. She's also got the not-opening-up, sarcasm thing going on. She's basically Hermione + sarcasm + even more studying. IDK how she and Vic would get along buuuut she's available as a tutor for things if needed? If you can deal with your tutor not having much patience but absolutely always knowing everything.

quinn cunningham (this journal) is an azurcrest senior, prefect, on-the-side party animal, and sports-nut with a sarcastic sense of humour and VERY diligent work-ethic. she's kind of inserted herself into coppertale and is in archery with vic. if she's had to Prefect at vic recently she might have suggested channeling some of that teen angst into hockey.

kurt wolfhart (

lovekurts) is a junior ribbonfin who's been very timid in the past (due in part to a stutter; thx stutter) and is trying to break out of his shell. so, lol, kind of like what vic's doing but coming from the polar opposite direction. he's got a marshmallow for a heart and is a fellow aspiring magizoologist. while they wouldn't interact very often outside of curricular magizoology stuff, i actually can kind of see them as becoming friends down the line. somehow. i want.

casey patterson (

sunsoutgunsout) is a junior coppertale! he's a failed bully who likes to push people's buttons so he can feel like he's in control, and then acts like everything's totally fine between him and whoever's buttons those were. he isn't clever or bright enough to be sarcastic or manipulative. lbh, he's a douchebro and will for sure be hitting on vic because he does all the time anyway. they're also in duelling/etc. together.

Good to be here, and yeah, the game sounded like a fun way to get back into rp :)

Quinn: lol well, Vic is not into aggression really and organized sports give her hives, so she'll kindly decline but would likely be amused by her.

Hi Sarah, sorry this reply is suuuuuper late but welcome to the game! I'm Josie and I have three characters:

First up is Pippa Nightingale, a Ribbonfin sophomore and Hogwarts exchange student new to Gooseberry this year. She's a naive but sweet little vegan who gets excited about ALL THE THINGS and will talk to pretty much anyone on the journals, although I think she might be a little intimidated by Vic? Depending on how abrasive Vic turns out to be? Buuut Pippa is also a redhead who dresses eclectically so they have that in common!

Henrietta Gray (

unregrettable) is a senior and the new Azurcrest Quidditch captain, taking over from her sister who was captain for the last two years. She's a typical party girl, and likes to have fun, although she can come across as really blunt over the journals because she just says what she means. She's in Archery with Victoria but otherwise there isn't much overlap. (ALTHOUGH she totally approves of Vic's HIGHLY SCIENTIFIC plan to figure out if she's bi, haha.)

Aaaand lastly I have Coralee Wong (

firecoral), Coppertale junior, who is kind of a bitch although she tries to hide it under fake sweetness and passive aggression. Coralee is a troll who loves stirring up trouble for the lulz, and pretty much just treats people like they're there for her entertainment. She may clash with Victoria, or she may encourage her sarcastic side. We'll see!

But, yes! Hi, I'm Jackie and welcome to the game and I do think that Frankie and Vic would get along! Frank's a Sophomore too, over in Azurcrest - but her older sister's in Coppertale! So being in Coppertale's general vicinity to bug Tess definitely happens. She's never been kissed either - so she, y'know, fistbumps in solidarity on the scientific exploration. Go science!
