I have run into you probably a billion times over the years but I didn't really interact with you much until this game. Your characters are always fun and wellthought out and I am insanely jealous of how talented you are. I really look forward to more rp with you.

Ohhhhhh my god alex ok first of all, all of your characters have been amazing? I've told you this before but you have written my favourite fifth character petitions, no competition, because they've always really impressed me with how much thought you put into all of your character concepts. I know you downplay it like "lol i'm just doing whatever" but seriously i think anyone who's interacted with your characters even a little has been able to see that you care deeply about the development of your characters and that you make very well-considered and always surprising (in a good way!) character choices

also you're like... amazing... at playing basically any kind of character? like i'm so impressed by your range and how you make each one of your kids really interesting and appealing. i've written way too much already, it's too embarrassing, but obv it goes without saying that i LOVE my daughter rosemary and even in my imagination, i couldn't have come up with a better twin for sy or gotten to play a more rewarding relationship between our trash twins. ok bye

From Riley harassing Phi to Georgie and Eileen being trash to Jeffy and Hazel being stupid, Jeffy and Jaime being goober captains, Hazel trying to help Austin's love life, Dinah bugging Phi and also DINAH AND RUPERT?????? (Let me, just, like, list every interaction we've ever had). Special thanks for Giant Adult and Rupert; he needed that.

Bro I'm like 200 pages into What the Hell Did I Just Read and I honestly can't believe I haven't emailed you about it yet, but shit is not as panic attack inducing as This Book is Full of Spiders, you weren't wrong.

I can't even say anything about your characters because I think that shit's obvious. Rosy and Chris were a great, fucked up ship to write. It was like writing a story you knew from the beginning was not gonna end well, and I lived for it.

Chris and Robin were one of the most unexpected relationships I wrote in this game. It was one of the most organic things I've taken part in writing and they're probably going to live forever in my heart.

alex! i have often felt that i've not gotten to write with you enough, and hopefully next game around we get more chances to plot. i think you're so clever & thorough with your concepts. c': you have a knack for balancing humor with bolts of emotive interest & realism. & i wish i could pick a favorite riley moment, but i cannot.

Okay so I already kind of gushed at you in public while I was super tired BUT just to make this even more embarrassing I am just so FUCKING glad I got the chance to play with you. Every single one of your characters is fantastic in a completely unique way. You've got SO much amazing shit in your head and I am just in awe of your ability to create distinct and distinctly great characters.

On top of that? Like? It has been an experience, meeting someone with whom all of my characters immediately click in extremely dangerous ways. I cannot tell you how much I love Rosy and Danny, The Bad Ship. And Giant Adult will probably be one of my favorite writing experiences OF ALL TIME, but, just, the way we slide so easily into our characters having terribad connections (yes, of COURSE Dahlia comes over and smokes pot with Zav from time to time???) is so weird and amazing and special. THANK YOU FOR ALL OF IT I am so excited for Sully and Emma to be uniquely awful.

OKAY, so at some point over this year, I don't know when, I looked up and I was like...Jeez god, I have a WHOLE LOT OF STUFF WITH ALEX. And I felt guilty for a hot sec because that's what I do, but then I pretty easily shrugged it off because I love every single one of our lines, and I love the way they happened without my being aware, apparently.

Ferdie and Rosy will always always be one of my most valued things in this game. I love their friendship, and I want it to continue forever, through all their bad kids. And I've said this already, but Trash Trio just...honestly was one of the best things I've ever done. I EXPRESSLY VALUE the unique brand of Azurtrash that Riley and Addy kept alive together, and Jeffy was the first time I actually shed tears in this endgame, and god, even Leo and Robin speaking in the anonpost that one time...basically all your characters are vibrant and perfect and ily.

Austin & Todd - disaster children. very bad. i was going to apologize for having todd ask him to make out on a total whim but actually? i'm not sorry at all. they deserved to kiss. todd's kissing game has improved a whole lot thanks to austin's constructive criticism

Jeffy & Clem - GOOSEY CAPTAINS. Clem's so very proud of her favorite goon. She really thinks the world of Jeffy and knows he would've made an amazing captain for Azurcrest. I hope they get to play together on the pro scene someday :c

Reece & Riley - on reece's first day of school he looked at riley and thought "i have to keep this girl alive until at least graduation", and you know what? he accomplished that goal. i like to think he still checks in on her from time to time in their adult lives

I was going to pick between Clem/Rosy and Reece/Rosy and JD/Rosy and I love all of those things but? What this really boils down to is just that Rosy is like my GIRL. I love her so much and I've followed everything you've ever done with her and i'm glad you decided to be kind of nice to her in the end

You know I had to come here and champion my favoritest Cabin Mom, even though I do think Gwen was legit terrified of her for four straight years. And Austin, Teddy's favorite basket case, whom Gwen also liked terrorizing with her special brand of homebrew board games. And Dinah Danger! She was amazing from beginning to end.

But I think my favorite was Riley. And it's funny, because none of my characters ever really interacted with Riley, or were friends more than in passing, but I always, always loved reading anything from that cutie boo. I still laugh about the nail polish bottles shaped like butts. Her way of talking, her attitude, it all made the best little package. I could not have been more entertained.

You are so creative and fun that I could read anything you write. I hope I get many more chances in the future!
