Let's talk about what our characters sound like in everyday conversation!! Here are some cool references:

Sound/Pitch/Cadence: Does your character have a deep voice? A high pitched one? A vocal fry? Do they speak quickly or slowly?
Accent: Where are they from and how strong is their accent? Do they actively try to sound like they're from somewhere else?
Register: Does your character use a lot of slang? Are they preoccupied with having perfect grammar? Do they try to use the biggest words they can think of?
Quirks: Any idiosyncrasies of speech. A catch phrase, a stutter, a tendency to mumble.
