This is Kas, player of Kurt Wolfhart. I bring you cancon by way of Azurcrest senior and sports fan, Quinn Cunningham!
I made up a cooky school for her to have gone to previously so she probably doesn't know anybody from there, but I am looking for as many lines as possible! This includes:
She's in 8 classes, Event Committee, and Archery. Here is her profile, here is her timetable, and here is the dropbox!

- Prefect
- Halfblood from Hamilton, ON (Canucks represent!). Mother runs a daycare, father runs a ~magical yarn store~ where each yarn is spun from a magical creature and purported to have magical properties. They are both hippies out of their proper time.
- Quidditch reserve. Was beater in freshman year and was good, but is BRUTAL on the field and the captain decided that she was too much of a liability to use every game. She is now the "big guns" and brought out only in case of emergency.
- Quinn is a rabid hockey fan and breathes the Toronto Maple Leafs.
So she must be okay with leading a life full of perpetual disappointment, HA HA HA HA HA - She is a VERY dedicated student here on an academic scholarship, with dreams of eventually becoming an emergency healer
- She's one of those annoying academic students who are consistently at the top of the class.
- Extremely disciplined work ethic: if she's working you won't get her to do anything else.
- But if she's pencilled in some leisure time she will party. all. night. (Including smoking, drinking, dancing — which might make her a bit of a hypocrite, because...)
- Takes her prefect duties very seriously. WILL dock points for a uniform not being to code because You Should Know.
- However, she's not going to seek out things to punish for, so if you don't flaunt it, whatever. And in the last couple of years she's been more ready to reward good behaviour.
- A very low tolerance for bullshit. She doesn't like her time to be wasted, and she can be blunt as a result. There's no waffling around Quinn. If she thinks a big, long conversation can be reduced to one suggestion or comment, she'll do it. If she thinks her time is being deliberately wasted, she's been known to say "I don't have time for this." and walk away.
- Despite all of this, she's very kind and loving to her friends. She has a nurturing nature and wants them to be happy! WHY CAN'T YOU ALL JUST BE HAPPY???

- Pals! BFFs! Azurcrest seniors especially, since they're her Peeps. When she was made prefect (in sophomore year) she way overdid it and was close to losing most of her friends. When she realized the errors of her ways~ she dedicated herself to patching and maintaining those relationships.
- Academic rivals! Quinn is EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE about her Healer Dreams. She would never sabotage the competition, but she is hyper-aware of how her 'rivals' do at Gooseberry (for instance, by asking them or others how they did on assignments.) If they seem to be doing better than her, she will hit the books even harder.
- Exes! She dated a forthcoming Coppertale from sophomore to junior year, and last year tried to date around and "have a good time," which she had been told is a wise thing to do. So far she's pretty much heterosexual, so this is likely to be guys, but she doesn't rule out possible experimentation — she just also hasn't sought it out.
- Prefect pals!
- Study group compadres! Quinn runs regular study groups for all of her classes that are focused on her year, but open to quiet and respectful younger students, as well.
- A Herbology tutor! Quinn needs Herbology to be a healer, but she is so. so. so. bad at it. Last year she gave in and "hired" one of her peers to tutor her regularly. Said tutelage is paid for through the barter system; we can talk about what it might be. (Personal training? Tutoring in something else? One of her parents' special recreational
strainsplants?) - Other lines that you think might be fun!!

I agree with all of this. I literally have no idea about hockey (I live in Illinois; we got corn okay that's our sport)) but Chris is from Boston and apparently hockey is a thing there. And also violent so it's a thing he loves. They can also continue to get together to yell obscenities at sports. They also can shit talk players during quidditch games, like just be in the stands, telling the players how much they suck.
But she can also dock points when his uniform isn't up to standards or when he tells a freshman to fuck off. It's okay, he'll understand.

Katya is the Prefect that is trying to be good at her job but is a bit too lenient when it comes to everything but she is in Archery (even if she's kind of terrible at it) so Azurcrest connections at the very least. Katya says she will cheer at her in Quidditch as much as humanly possible.
Trixie is her mad scientist self so I'm sure she would know of her and I'm pretty sure that she has run up against prefects many times in her adventures. Feel free to sigh over her fruit stand or general something might sort of be on fire around her but it is so controlled don't worry about that.
Aaand. Ferris. Please feel free to give her detention all the time over stupid things because she is useless and refuses to conform. She's a mess.

I just meant that Dom and Quinn will probably be all (1) LET'S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS aka LET'S DO ALL OF THE WORK YEAHHHH (the sexism part was just bc the song is called "I'll Make a Man Out of You") and (2) probably speak French sometimes because they can. But we can also hand-wave the actual French because it's literally been a year since I spoke it sober. (But I'm making an effort now! Literally working on ~mes devoirs~ rn for the first time since high school. yeeeaaah!!)

Diego the apologetic rulebreaker. He is constantly fucking up and then feeling Really Sorry about it. So sorry. He's so sorry Quinn he won't do it again. :( And to be fair usually he doesn't do exactly that again, he does... something else. Her low tolerance for bullshit may hurt his feelings from time to time, because Diego is napkin-like in emotional strength. BUT he's of course otherwise very sweet and attentive and NEEDS TO BE LOVED so he's probably made a lot of effort to be her friend and be flirty and cute in her direction.
Reid knows her probably through getting yelled at for climbing things. No amount of yelling can get him to cut it out. He gets down and then the next day HE'S RIGHT BACK AT IT. He's also in Archery with her~
Calvin was a mean kid last year, but now not so much. I think this year he wants to see A LOT LESS of Quinn in his life. That said, he respects she's driven and smart and knows to toe the line with her. Oh! And he's in Event Committee with her. :)

i can't actually tell how laurel and quinn will be :u i could see laurel being one of the people in sophomore year to be like YO QUINN ILU BUT YOU ARE TOO MUCH RIGHT NOW ? but then going back to whatever understanding they had before. hopefully friendly? i mean, it's laurel. she could use quinn's get-down-to-business kinda attitude & is 100% there for when she's ready to let loose c: that said, herbology is supposedly one of laurel's better classes, so maybe they could be study buddies~
zoey and quinn have quidditch in common & other things! maybe potions-y rival-y?? that's related to healing maybe?? idk. they definitely bump into eachother here and there.

Although tbh Ravi's heart isn't really in it, it's just he's the well-behaved muggleborn son of doctors and becoming a Healer is as close as he can get to fulfilling his parents' expectations. But Ravi's been saying he's planning to become a Healer since before freshman year, and is in serious denial about how he'd rather be doing anything else. 8( So Quinn would definitely know that Ravi is ~Healer competition~, and he's a straight-A student in 9 classes who spends way too much time studying. But Ravi's also been her fellow prefect since sophomore year, and he's a nice, mild-mannered dude who would very very much want to be Quinn's friend. C:
Mina's in her year and Event Committee, probably no secret that she can't stand Quinn because she can't stand any Azurcrests (except Cecil but GOD SHE REALLY HATES HOW NICE CECIL IS, IT'S SO ANNOYING). But in the truth, she has to begrudgingly respect Quinn for being hardworking as hell, and maybe the ONLY hard-ass in that house. Quinn, please, teach Honeychurch to not be such a pushover. Mina won't be nice to her but Mina respects her bluntness and will be direct with her, for what it's worth? (OK also she has a soft spot for the maple syrup running through Quinn's veins, since Mina misses Canada so much. :c)
I don't know what Quinn would think of Sy? He isn't going to change his ways any time soon, but when a prefect tells him to cut it out, he'll stop and walk away in that instance. He doesn't take it personally. I guess I can say that Sy might actually like Quinn for being such a bruiser on the pitch, like, if she's ever knocked him off his broom during a game, then that's like ♥_♥ tbh.

& with Sy, I think that sounds about right. We can def say she knocked him off the broom once when she was on the pitch, and she probably gloated about it during and immediately after the game. She will not hesitate to dock those points, but when he cuts it out, she'll also just be like "job done" and wash her hands of that.

I think her and Vee would be AWESOME friends. Vee is also an overachiever and taking so many classes and in all the events she can. I can see it being friendly competition too, but I'll leave that up to you if it gets more intense on Quinn's side LOL. Either way, Vee understands.
Ryan, my newest, is the only other one who would interact with her a lot since he's a senior. Sadly, he won't be super friends with her, but he wouldn't be cruel. And I'm always up for random interaction.

Quinn and Cecil probably know each other fairly well, since they've been in the same house, been Prefects, and been on the Event Committee together for like four years. He definitely appreciates her ability to balance work and play, even if she's a bit more extreme on both sides of that than he is, and recognizes what a kind person she is even if it's not immediately obvious to everyone. I could see them being pals and he's definitely up for study group!
Casper likely only knows Quinn from Quidditch in previous years, where they both played very rough. I feel like somebody had to have broken something, but he probably kind of misses playing against her. That said, he probably likes her more than a lot of the Azurcrests because she's more focused and has a goal that he can respect.

A+ to Quinn and Cecil! She needs to work on her bedside manner, for which she might also look to Cecil from time to time.Sshe's compartmentalized work and play so much that it can be tough to bring the sunshine~ into work; she may have sought Cecil's advice on that once or twice!
I think I have decided she's broken enough bones already. Would Casper like to be the breaker of hers? & I'm collecting names that she will be sending pickup hockey game notes to. Whether or not Casper has ever expressed interest in hockey, he will be receiving the message once it's snowing.

HE CERTAINLY WOULD. Casper maybe feels a smidge bad about actually breaking something, buuuut Quidditch is a rough game. So. And I think he's 110% down for hockey if he's given the chance to learn how to skate first. Because he's from California and that particular skill is not in his repertoire. But yes! I think that could be a lot of fun~
