Class Involvement:

• Archie is destructive. He often goes off lesson in hands-on classes because he wants to see what'll happen if he goes off course, so he's the source of many classroom accidents. He's very hard to discipline and if the teacher takes their eye off him for even a minute, who knows what'll happen.
• His grades are all over the place, but they're more likely to be bad than good. He's clever, but unfocused and selfishly motivated.
• He's extremely talented at potions for his age.

Campus Presence: Archie's hard to track down unless you know who he's currently, uh, interested in. He doesn't have a set schedule and just goes wherever the winds take him. He dislikes staying in one place for too long.
Party Time: Archie loves parties!!! He didn't do much last year besides watch people, but he has plans now. They include...

• Kissing as many people as he can in kissing games and then ranking their performances. The list may end up public.
• Attempting to track how much he can drink before passing out or getting sick so he has a concrete number to reference regarding his personal limitations. His body weight will need to be taken into account, of course.
• Taking notes on how his behavior and thought processes change under the influence of mind altering substances.

The Messy Bits:

• Archie is a Stalker With A Crush. As soon as someone catches his eye, he's absolutely smitten and needs to know everything about them. He writes their name in hearts and flowers, draws them secretly, secretly follows them, makes up excuses to just HAPPEN TO BE WHERE THEY ARE, etc.
• Soon infatuation turns to analysis, however, as Archie starts to search for something that's "wrong" with them. It's usually something really shallow and ridiculous.
• He steals things from his targets. Personal belongings, locks of hair, blood samples, snippets of their writing, etc. Some of these items he runs "tests" on to check for predispositions to genetic diseases, others he just... keeps. Forever. He definitely has a binder full of labelled snippets of hair.
• And then he finds the reason why he and his latest crush would NEVER WORK and he moves on to his next target!

Common Knowledge:

• He's a little creepy. While it might not be immediately apparent that he's weird about his crushes, he's an odd kid, and gets kind of obsessed with people who are nice to him.
• His father is regarded as a genius in the potioneering and healing communities at large.
• He's a precocious troublemaker who doesn't listen to rules, but is generally harmless.
• Oh, yeah, and he's the mastermind behind the Amortentia incident. Archie's senior project involves trying to alter the Amortentia formula, and he needed a larger study group. That wasn't what was supposed to happen, but it did. Oh well. He won't do it again. He promises.

Personal Stuff:

• Archie's dad is a little controlling, and probably a blood purist. Archie's really curious about muggle stuff but not well informed about muggleborn issues.
• Yeah he's definitely guilty of stalking people and stealing from them. He has issues respecting peoples' boundaries.
• He's terrified of being yelled at and generally dislikes adults.
• He has so many opinions on everyone's romances and relationships. All of them are bad opinions.
• If you ask him to make you a potion, he's definitely going to experiment on you. Just keep going to Addy for help. Please.

The Secrets:

• His dad should really not have custody of him, and doesn't treat Archie very well. He's extremely controlling and micromanages Archie's life, keeping him in line with a lot of emotional manipulation.
• His estranged mother keeps writing him letters which he refuses to open and hides in a box.
• He and the one other kid who got caught for the Amortentia incident weren't the only ones involved. Dun dun dun. He's covering for Hero Lee, who also had a hand in it.
