Okay! So! Regarding Rafael's post, I would like to also open booths/participation to select non-LARP characters. You can say your character was recruited by someone in LARP, and they must take the whole thing semi-seriously.

You can run little RNG games, sell things like baked goods or crafts, sign someone up for the kissing booths, etc. For instance, Kenzie and her lovely assistant, Iliya, are going to have a fortune telling booth that's going to be exactly as shitty as you're imagining.

Okay so I'm about to head to work for the night but

Just a heads up, cuz I never really followed up after this post... (Why does the passage of time happen SO MUCH??)

Last Thursday, Cricket & volunteers hung garlands of flowers/herbs known for warding away evil around the entry way to every cabin. If your character (looking at you, Ennis) took the garlands down, that's fine, but it happened! Deal with it!

She'll be replacing them as they wilt on her own parents' dime. She's not being secretive about it, so most students will know where the flowers are coming from, but it's definitely possible that your character might think they're coming out of nowhere/a spooky occurence.

She doesn't care if this gets her in trouble. She's going rogue. #badgirlcricri

So, I've been booked onto a course on Monday and only just found out, and the last cover teacher we had was SO SHIT that I really hope my kiddos don't get her again :/

Plus, HOLY HELL the amount of paperwork I have to do for the Special Needs co-ordinator part of my role... and is anyone pulling their finger out and doing their damn jobs so I can't do mine? NOPE.

So like...does anyone have any suggestions for songs for my kids? I'm having the most trouble with Saira and Isaiah. Ree lends herself to a billion songs, and Gabi...tbh I don't really care that much about Gabi songs I'm sorry, precious angel, I want to care about you more. But those two are HARD.

2. if you have examples of media/video ~awesome~
3. other weird stuff or things !

ex. i finally decided i was ok with wilde's pb after seeing a stupid clip from war of the worlds (trigger warning: tom cruise's stupid face)

and when searching for gifs or w/e of freya mavor there is the strange phenomenon where they resonate immediately as ivy or laurel even though that is incredibly weird

INCOMING HIATUS

Hi everyone! On Monday & Tuesday I'm going to be at an intensive work training thing. This is going to hugely cut down on my posting those two days, and I may or may not be too tired to RP when I get home.
