Useful Browser Extensions

I decided to put together a list since I keep realizing that some people don't know about these? D:


Dreamwidth Tools (Chrome)

• Icon browser for free accounts
• Batch icon uploader
• "Action"/"texting" text insert buttons which we don't use in this game but you can customize this a little for your own purposes
• Auto-load comment pages which is less useful for this game, but it's there

Unfortunately, this is only for Chrome. (I've seen older versions of the extension that were adapted for Firefox/Greasemonkey. Let me know if you still want the link!)


LJ Juggler (Chrome / Firefox)

• One-click sign-in for multiple journal accounts for easy switching between character journals. It says LJ but it works for DW and IJ too.

Lazarus Form Recovery (Chrome / Firefox)

• Auto-saves text in forms which is useful in cases your browser crashes in the middle of writing a tag, or you accidentally click away

Widescreen Dreamwidth (Stylish, for Chrome / Firefox)

• View all site pages full-width, for people who are using the default Tropospherical theme

YEAH I'M USING THIS JOURNAL UNTIL IT'S KICKED OUT OF THE GAME FOREVER 8(

UGHHHHH OH YEAH since i don't want to post a whole new mod post for this SENIOR JOURNALS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE COMMS ON AUG 10 so if you had shit to get done with your seniors, do it before then

Also does everyone have that handy extension where you can bypass the broken photobucket image and see actual pictures?? Because that one has helped me lots and I can look if it's needed!

Thank you for posting this I was being lazy oops
But yes this has saved my icon hunting LIFE and also enabled fresh Jade pics that I thought were GONE FOREVER so it's the best
