Fern respects Penny's attitude, from grump to grump, but that doesn't necessarily mean they'd get along. XD

I don't think Fern would go out of her way to be mean to Issy, but she wouldn't be bothered if Issy got her feelings hurt by something Fern said that she didn't intend to be offensive. We can see how they bounce off each other?
