Ferris is in OE, so they could be 'friendly' through there. I figure they could at least talk, she doesn't do well with people MUCH so I don't have much in the idea of actual lines than we can see where it goes from that. She's really hard to figure out at times when it comes to actual friends. She also is REALLY BAD at following rules, so he can take points ALL THE TIME from her.

Katya's bff is Riley who is a Cheerleader and in event I believe, so I'm sure she hangs out with them there so even if Katya isn't in either of those she can so help out here and there. She also has a sort of boyfriendish thing in Ebonhide so she spends a lot of time in that area of school. She can try to matchmaker them more than they already are.
