After graduation: Nisha was being scouted by the end of her junior year of high school and had a team locked down before she had graduated her senior year. A potent combination of talent, showmanship and zingy charisma made her an automatic magnet for interviews and sponsorships, meaning she was an almost instantaneous celebrity. Controversy has sort of dogged her: disappearing to "gymnastics camp" (which turned out to be the Circus) during election season 2016, and a messy attempt at emancipation from her mother during her senior year are only the start of it. Her relationship with Archie got a great deal of attention after his father's mysterious death. There's a lot of fuss in the media over whether she's an airhead or incredibly intelligent. Now as an adult: At the height of her career and looking like she might make the national team soon. I don't feel even a little bad saying that Nisha is going to be one of those Sports Legends. Nisha handles celebrity about as well as you might expect - not hugely - and doesn't really enjoy the scrutiny of the spotlight, so the relative isolation of Witchlyn is a huge blessing to her.
