Extracurriculars: Quidditch (Seeker), Drama, Gaming, Duelling, Crafting, Event Committee. Unofficially, Newspaper (photographer).
Current State:

• Honestly doing great? His emotional state is always a bit rocky during the winter, but Micah's realized that he has it really good right now. Azurcrest winning their last game was a relief. Micah always thought he'd do fine as Seeker because he's not that emotionally invested in winning/losing, but being on first string and feeling like he's been letting people down has been rough.


• Calvin has been a great stabilizing influence. It should surprise no one that Micah's head over heels for Calvin since he talks about it all the damn time (and the recent Amortentia fuckup has made him extra self-conscious about it), but Micah's actually been struggling to express how he feels in a way that isn't OTT. He's affected by how consistently Calvin supports him and worries over him. A lot of people do this, but Calvin does it while also refusing to let Micah walk all over him.


• It's making Micah start thinking about how often he just barrels over other people while playing the fool. He's still lowkey trying to get himself killed in the woods but he is thinking more about this reckless behavior affects his friends. He's... not... stopping it... but you know. Baby steps.


• Which brings us to the latest sophomore junior seance Micah has planned and will post about tomorrow. Micah's a lot less worried about the mimics than he should be (he still really wants to go mimic hunting im sorry), but he definitely doesn't trust anyone to protect them. So allying with the formerly murderous ghosts sound like a good idea to him! Kids taking matters into their own hands!


• BEYOND THAT, there's the musical to think about!! I'd like to do a rehearsal IC/OOC, I might schedule it for two weeks from now since next week will be crowded with ward failure plots. I'll see what my schedule looks like :o But I'd love to sketch out some Drama Club dynamics bc I'm sure it's been Fraught.

Looking For: I feel like since hiatus, I've dropped the ball on a lot of Micah's friendships and various junior social plotting, so I'd like to get back into that? But I guess they'll all have a lot to talk about if the seance goes well. Or... not well.
