These teams are probably TERRIBLE but I just wasted a bunch of time carefully picking random pokemon based on themes.

Caterpie, Octillery, Tentacruel, Krabby, Crawdaunt, Slowking
(Wormsula + Water Types - Octopi/Crab/Tiny Lobster/Crown)
Essie:
Emolga, Dedenne, Togedemaru, Magneton, Klang, Mega Metagross
(Electric Rodents + Steel Parts/Robotics)
Pear:
Carnivine, Victreebel, Wormadam, Lurantis, Galvantula, Whirlipede
(Grass & Bug Types, including carnivorous plants & tarantula)
