Um, I'm hesitant to approve this because while I don't mind IC gdocs (as we used during prom, or as Tess has in her entry), I'm not sure we should be introducing IC collaborative gdocs into the game mechanics. The major pitfalls:
1) It needs to be crystal clear who is writing what. We can try compensating with font colours/faces but all you need is someone to forget to use the right colour for their character or, worse, attempt to impersonate someone else* and it's chaos again.
2) There's no way to stop people from deleting or altering something another person writes.*
3) This is a journal RP game and I'd prefer that all the interaction and information sharing happens on character journals on Dreamwidth. There's not much RP happening on a gdoc.
* Not that I definitely believe that someone will do this, but I just don't want that to even be a possibility, you know?
...Okay, now that I've written all that out, I guess my answer is no, sorry. :(
