MEME: Dog Breeds

Yes, this meme is completely self-indulgent.
Fill out the form and I'll tell you what kind of dog I think they would be if they were a dog! WIN-WIN. (I'll post an example with Kurt.) Disclaimer: Most of these will probably be bigger dog breeds because they're what I know best. Sorry not sorry for the bias, big dogs are the bomb.
Name:
House:
Profile: Link me.
Social Disposition: How do they act towards strangers? To friends? What are they like in different social situations? Do they have a large group of friends, or perhaps a select few that they're close with, or even no friends?
Independence: Are they needy? Stoic? Indifferent until they need something, or perhaps willing to help others but never to ask for help?
Loyalty: Are they a friend to the end? Selectively devoted? Flighty?
New Situations: How do they approach new situations?
Energy/Play: How energetic are they? Are they selectively hyper, or are they stuck on 'Energizer Bunny?' How do they like to shake off all that excess spirit? What are they like when they're in a feisty/playful mood?
Fears: What are they afraid of? How do they respond?
Environment: Where are they happiest? Ex. outdoors, running around, by a fireplace with a good book, at a party
Mantra: Optional. Are there any words your character lives by?
Other: Optional. Anything else I/we should know?
A Cute Gif of Your Character: Optional. If you have one gif you would like to share, we would like to see that one gif. I will also accept dog gifs.
Rafael Ramirez
House: Coppertale
Profile: Link me (http://firstposition.insanejournal.com/412.html).
Social Disposition: Poised, controlled, polite, charming. Rafael is socially gracious buuuuut here's a hard edge underneath all his interactions. He's so ridiculously guarded, that even when he's trying to be sweet, the tone can be a little off. If anyone pushes him, he's severe and harsh. He likes to be in charge, and responds very negatively to being challenged or undermined. BUT he will listen to Cecil and Maggie without argument, because they outrank him. Although not violent, Rafael has anger issues. With friends, though, he's steady, supportive, loving, and protective. His intensity tones down a lot, and he can be actually pretty gentle.
Independence: Very independent. Would much rather have people come to him for help than go to them.
Loyalty: So loyal. Loyal to a fault sometimes. If you're in his inner circle, Rafael will always defend you, always take your side, backstab for you, whatever. He'll hold grudges forever against people who wrong his friends. I've actually talked to Marin a lot about how Rafael is really hard to get to know, to the point where all of his really close friends are lines I pre-planned as having been established years ago. He's so careful, it's tough for him to let people in. But once you're in, he's 100% behind you forever.
New Situations: Cautiously. Rafael hates putting himself in situations he doesn't think he can master.
Energy/Play: Kind of... intense energy. He plays to win, and turns fun games into overly serious competitions too easily. He likes teasing and banter, but it's also easy to go from banter to an argument. But if you have thick skin, he's fun and actually very playful!
Fears: Losing control. Failure. Being vulnerable or expressing emotions openly. Being seen as weak.
Environment: Dancing or enjoying witty conversation.
Mantra: I'm handling it.
Other: ♥
A Cute Gif of Your Character: I'm going to run out of baby Diego Luna gifs soon.
Re: Rafael Ramirez
Rafael is a Doberman Pinscher!
- Did someone say "poised?"
- Fiercely protective, bordering on aggressive. They're a classic guard dog and police dog for a very good reason.
- Dobermans (Dobermen??) are obedient only when you've earned their respect.
- One of the most intelligent breeds.
- Needs to be challenged continuously with new and interesting situations.
- Once you have the Doberman's trust and respect, they're incredibly loyal dogs that you can trust with your life.
